Heap data disclosure via zero-sized inference shapes

Out-of-bounds read in MindSpore 1.1.0 through 1.2.1 allows remote attackers to disclose heap data via crafted inference shapes. The Affine, Concat, MatMul, ArgMinMax, EmbeddingLookup, and Gather shape-inference handlers index heap-backed shape data when the input shape length is zero. Supplying a model with a zero-length input shape is required; the read can expose adjacent heap contents but does not alter data or interrupt execution.
