Account takeover via unthrottled password guessing

Improper login controls in Koel before 5.1.4 allow remote attackers to enumerate usernames and make unrestricted password guesses. The API AuthController accepts repeated authentication attempts without login throttling, while failure responses distinguish valid usernames and no password-strength policy constrains chosen credentials. No account is required; a successful guess grants access to the compromised account and its permitted music-service data and functions.
