Traffic decryption via hard-coded service-agent keys

Hard-coded keys in Weidmüller IE-WL(T)-BL and VL devices allow remote attackers to decrypt captured network traffic. The service agent binary embeds cryptographic keys and reuses them across devices instead of keeping device-specific secrets. An attacker must capture traffic to or from an affected appliance; exposure is limited to the confidentiality of that traffic.
