Arbitrary file write in Plone 5.2.4 and earlier allows remote authenticated users with Manager access to modify server files. The ReStructuredText transform accepts crafted keyword arguments from a Python Script and passes them to docutils operations that perform disk I/O instead of limiting the transform to text rendering. Exploitation requires Manager access to supply those arguments through a Python Script, and writes remain limited by the Plone process's filesystem permissions.
