Cluster-secret disclosure via untrusted node addition

Couchbase Server before 7.1.0 allows remote authenticated users to expose a cluster secret via manipulated untrusted-node addition. The node-join workflow can transmit the cluster cookie to an untrusted node when an administrator adds it without certificate-based trust validation. Exploitation requires administrator control of node-addition operations and results in disclosure of credentials used to protect cluster communications, without reported data modification or service interruption.
