Denial of service via authority regex backtracking

Regular expression denial of service in urllib3 1.25.4 through 1.26.4 allows remote attackers to interrupt applications via crafted URLs. The parse_url function matches the entire authority component with SUBAUTHORITY_RE, whose greedy user-information capture catastrophically backtracks over many @ characters. Exposure requires an application to parse an attacker-controlled URL directly or follow an HTTP redirect to one, consuming CPU and stalling URL processing.
