Engine crash via null dereference in json_printf

NULL pointer dereference in Cesanta mJS allows local users to crash the JavaScript engine by executing a crafted script. The json_printf() routine dereferences address zero while formatting a value reached through script-controlled print operations. Execution requires the host application to run attacker-controlled mJS code, and the demonstrated consequence is an abort of the engine process.
