Unauthenticated host-file read via unrestricted screenshot URLs

Arbitrary file read in SensePost gowitness before 2.3.6 allows remote attackers to read host files through its screenshot servers. The server and report submission handlers passed URLs of any scheme to headless Chrome, so file:// rendered local content into an HTTP response or stored screenshot. Exploitation requires a server reachable beyond its default localhost binding; the consequence is read-only disclosure of files accessible to the process.
