Path traversal in Wyomind Help Desk 1.3.6 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute code through the attachment directory setting. The setting accepts parent-directory sequences, allowing uploaded attachments to be placed under the web root and requested as executable PHAR files. The published exploit requires ticket submission and an administrator to view stored script content that changes the attachment configuration.
