API key exposure via cleartext application settings

Hard-coded credentials in CommScope Ruckus IoT Controller 1.7.1.0 and earlier allow local users to obtain embedded API keys. The OVA stores cleartext KIO and SendGrid keys in defaults.py and authServer/app/baseapp/settings.py instead of supplying deployment-specific secrets. Access sufficient to mount the virtual appliance's VMDK is required; the keys expose deployed-asset information and permit email sending as CommScope/Ruckus.
