Arbitrary file access via volume path traversal

Path traversal in Synology Container Manager before 18.09.0-0515 allows local users to read or write arbitrary files through volume management. The container volume management component fails to confine a pathname to its intended directory; Synology has not disclosed the input path or operation that supplies it. Exploitation requires local access and high privileges, and it affects file confidentiality and integrity without a reported service interruption.
