Arbitrary file deletion via background name traversal

Path traversal in NagVis before 1.9.29 allows remote authenticated users with background-management access to delete server files. ViewManageBackgrounds.php's deleteForm uses a regex-based lookup to accept the supplied background name instead of requiring exact membership in the available-image list. Endpoint access requires sufficient permissions, such as an administrator role, and deletion is limited to files writable by the Apache or OMD site user.
