Local privileged-user escalation
Published May 16, 2024 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Control-flow flaws in Intel Ethernet Adapters before 29.0.1 and I225 manageability firmware before 1.87 allow local users to escalate privileges. Intel has not published the affected control-flow path, the operation that redirects execution, or the input that reaches it. Exploitation requires existing high privileges and local access; successful exploitation can modify behavior and interrupt service in a higher-privileged context.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
