Race condition in firmware for some Intel Optane SSD and Intel SSD DC products allows privileged local users to interrupt service. Intel has not published the firmware routine, competing operations, or input that triggers the race. The flaw requires privileged local access and can interrupt storage availability; no more specific failure mode is disclosed.
