Local privilege escalation via uncontrolled installer search path

Uncontrolled search path in the Intel System Studio installer in all versions allows local users to escalate privileges during installation. The installer searches a fixed resource path containing at least one location writable by unintended users, but Intel does not disclose the specific path or loaded resource. Local users with low privileges must induce an installation action under suitable path conditions; successful abuse runs attacker-controlled code with the installer's elevated authority.
