Root command execution via unescaped WebUI username

OS command injection in eQ-3 HomeMatic CCU2 2.57.5 and earlier and CCU3 3.57.5 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute commands as root. /config/verifysid.cgi passes the submitted username to user_uid_ise, which inserts it unescaped into HM-Script evaluated by ReGa. Access to the WebUI is sufficient; no session or credentials are required, and injected system.Exec calls run arbitrary shell commands with root privileges.
