Service crash via command 0x0b null dereference

Null pointer dereference in SuiteLink Server shipped with affected AVEVA products allows remote attackers to crash the service. The server dereferences a null pointer while parsing an unauthenticated network packet containing command 0x0b. Any host exposing the SuiteLink service can suffer a complete service interruption, while the client component is unaffected.
