Arbitrary file read via path traversal

Path traversal in AGG Software Web Server 4.0.40.1014 and earlier allows remote attackers to read arbitrary files via crafted HTTP paths. The server fails to constrain traversal sequences to its intended web directory, so a request can resolve files elsewhere on the host filesystem. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the demonstrated consequence is unauthorized file disclosure rather than service interruption.
