Arbitrary file read via relative path traversal
Published Jun 18, 2021 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Relative path traversal in Advantech WebAccess/SCADA 9.0.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary files. Public advisories do not identify the affected request handler, parameter, or precise path-normalization failure. A low-privileged authenticated network session is required, and the documented consequence is file disclosure only.
