Dynamic-secret persistence via zero-TTL renewal misclassification

Lease flaw in HashiCorp Vault products before 1.5.9, 1.6.0 through 1.6.4, and 1.7.0 through 1.7.1 allows remote authenticated users to retain secrets. Renewal logic rounds a lease's remaining maximum lifetime below one second down to zero, which subsequent processing misclassifies as non-expiring. An existing Vault token and precisely timed renewal are required; affected dynamic credentials remain valid in underlying services after Vault should revoke them.
