Service interruption via repeated TLS renegotiation

Uncontrolled resource consumption in Prosody before 0.11.9 allows remote attackers to interrupt service through TLS renegotiation floods. The XMPP server leaves SSL/TLS renegotiation enabled although XMPP does not use it, allowing repeated requests to drive excessive CPU consumption. The default configuration is exposed, and reaching its listening TLS service without authentication is sufficient to degrade availability.
