Host crash via unchecked virtio queue result

Use of uninitialized memory in Moby Project HyperKit 0.20210107 and earlier allows guest OS users to crash the host. pci_vtrnd_notify ignores a negative vq_getchain result and passes an uninitialized iovec base and length to read. A guest must have the virtio-rnd device enabled and submit a malformed queue; the invalid read exposes the host to a crash or memory corruption.
