Double-pop race in work-stealing queue

Race condition in Crossbeam crossbeam-deque before 0.7.4 or 0.8.1 allows attackers to corrupt worker-queue task handling via concurrent stealing. The Stealer::steal, Stealer::steal_batch, and Stealer::steal_batch_and_pop operations can pop one task twice while forgetting another, causing double free and memory leaks for heap-allocated tasks or logical task loss otherwise. Exploitation requires a consuming crate to invoke these APIs concurrently; the result can corrupt memory or scheduler state, with no standalone network service required.
