Authenticated database disclosure via unbound webhook search
Published Jul 26, 2021 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
SQL injection in WooCommerce 3.3.0 through 3.3.5 allows remote authenticated users to infer database data through webhook searches. WC_Webhook_Data_Store concatenates the sanitized search value into a LIKE clause rather than binding it as a query parameter. Administrator access or WooCommerce API keys are required; crafted searches execute read-only queries and reveal results only through timing.
