Forged dump actions via missing CSRF checks

Cross-Site Request Forgery in DataDump before 67a82b7 allows remote attackers to forge dump generation or deletion requests. The generate and delete handlers accepted state-changing requests without validating a MediaWiki edit token, allowing cross-site forms to invoke them in a victim's session. Exploitation requires a logged-in user to visit attacker-controlled content; forged requests run with that user's permissions and can create or delete dumps.
