Email address disclosure via password-reset confirmation

Information disclosure in XWiki Platform 13.1RC1 through 13.1 allows remote attackers to obtain a user's email address by username. The resetpasswordinline.vm template passes the account's raw email value to the localized email-sent confirmation instead of obfuscating it. An unauthenticated attacker needs a valid username and access to the password-reset form; the disclosed data is limited to the associated email address.
