Password reset via missing CSRF token validation

Cross-site request forgery in XWiki Platform before 12.10.5 and 13.0 through 13.1 allows remote authenticated users to reset passwords. The register_macros.vm password form accepted submitted fields without generating or validating a CSRF form token. Exploitation requires an authenticated administrator to open a forged URL, after which the chosen user's password is reset.
