Unauthenticated order disclosure via missing query restriction

Information exposure in Sylius 1.9.0 through 1.9.4 and 1.10.0-ALPHA.1 through 1.10.0-BETA.1 allows remote attackers to read order details. OrdersByLoggedInUserExtension excluded carts but applied no customer restriction or denial when the current user was unrecognized, so the collection query returned placed orders across customers. Unauthenticated access to the new shop orders API is sufficient; exposed fields include order identifiers, totals, token values, item counts, and shipping dates.
