Arbitrary SQL execution via assignedUser parameter injection

SQL injection in the DHIS2 Core Tracker API allows remote authenticated users to read, edit, and delete instance data. The /api/trackedEntityInstances endpoint passes the attacker-controlled assignedUser URL parameter into an SQL query without neutralizing SQL syntax. Exploitation requires a logged-in DHIS2 account and deliberate requests to the Tracker endpoint, permitting arbitrary SQL commands against the backing database.
