Unauthenticated account takeover via person auto-merging

Improper authentication in Apollos Apps before 2.20.0 allows remote attackers to take over accounts using basic profile details. The People.create data source sent name, birthday, and gender in the initial Rock /People request, allowing Rock's auto-merge to bind a new registration to an existing person. Unauthenticated registration and knowledge of a person's basic profile are sufficient to access app functions and authenticated Rock-based links under that person's identity.
