Stored XSS via unescaped StreamField block output

Stored XSS in Wagtail before 2.11.8, 2.12 through 2.12.4, and 2.13 through 2.13.1 allows remote authenticated users to run scripts. The include_block template tag emits plain-text StreamField values without HTML escaping when CharBlock, TextBlock, or another FieldBlock has no rendering template. Editor access and direct rendering of an affected block are required, and viewing the resulting page executes the injected HTML or script.
