Stored XSS via unencoded Page TSconfig settings

Persistent XSS in TYPO3 CMS 9.0.0 through 11.3.0 allows remote authenticated users to run script in a preview viewer's browser. The Web>View page-preview module inserts Page TSconfig settings into preview output without proper encoding, leaving stored markup executable. A valid backend account is required to plant the payload, and another user's preview interaction triggers browser-side script execution.
