Unauthenticated share access via authorization bypass
Published Jun 1, 2021 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Authorization bypass in Nextcloud Server before 19.0.11, 20.0.10, and 21.0.2 allows remote attackers to read or write federated shares. Published records identify a crafted POST request and a user-controlled share key, but do not name the responsible handler or omitted validation. Federated sharing must be enabled; exposed public links can permit unauthorized file reads or malicious file additions.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
