Credential disclosure via unrestricted peer destination URLs

SSRF in Emissary 6.4.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to expose server credentials through crafted peer requests. RegisterPeerAction and AddChildDirectoryAction accept attacker-controlled directory URLs and direct the shared Apache HTTP client to arbitrary hosts without restricting destinations or authentication schemes. High-privilege access to the REST endpoints is required; a hostile server can request Basic authentication and receive the Emissary server credentials.
