Admin SQL injection via unvalidated sort direction
Published May 13, 2021 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
SQL injection in Piwigo 11.4.0 allows remote authenticated users to alter database queries through the user manager. admin/user_list_backend.php appends order[0][dir] directly to an ORDER BY clause without restricting it to ASC or DESC. The endpoint is an administrative user-management backend, and public evidence does not document impact beyond injected query manipulation.
