Cross-site scripting in the Fortinet FortiPortal GUI through 6.0.4 allows remote attackers to inject script via crafted locale values. Page generation fails to neutralize an invalid lang parameter or org.springframework.web.servlet.i18n.CookieLocaleResolver.LOCALE cookie value before incorporating it into output. Authentication is not required; the injected content can alter page output when the affected response is rendered.
