Traffic interception via default CAP_NET_RAW capability

ARP spoofing in HashiCorp Nomad 1.0.4 and earlier allows attackers controlling a bridged task to intercept or disrupt peer traffic. The docker, exec, and java task drivers grant CAP_NET_RAW by default to processes using bridge networking, enabling forged ARP messages. Exploitation requires a Linux Nomad client and another bridged task on the same node, where traffic can be redirected for man-in-the-middle interception or denial of service.
