Local file disclosure via unterminated dpkg arguments

OS command injection in Canonical Apport's affected Ubuntu packages allows local users to disclose configuration-file contents via crafted package names. get_modified_conffiles() passes attacker-controlled package names to dpkg without an end-of-options delimiter, causing option-like names to be interpreted as dpkg arguments and spoof modified configuration files. A low-privileged local account must reach the affected information-gathering path; the bounded result is local file disclosure rather than code execution.
