Local data disclosure via symlink and FIFO access

Information disclosure in Canonical Apport on affected Ubuntu releases allows local users to expose private data through crafted files. The read_file function in apport/hookutils.py follows symbolic links or opens FIFOs supplied to openjdk-17 package hooks instead of rejecting those unsafe file types. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access and invocation of the affected hook; disclosure of private data is the documented consequence.
