OS command injection in QSAN XEVO before 1.2.0 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands without authentication. The backend Init function fails to filter special parameters before incorporating them into command execution, allowing attacker-controlled input to run system commands. The issue is remotely reachable without permissions and can compromise confidentiality, integrity, and availability; QSAN identifies version 2.1.0 as the resolved release.
