Application crash via wrapped bitmap row size

Heap buffer overflow in bitmap decoding in DjVuLibre 3.5.28 and earlier allows local users to crash applications via a crafted DjVu file. DJVU::GBitmap::decode stores the sum of ncolumns and border in an unsigned short without checking for wraparound, then writes beyond the undersized row buffer. Exploitation requires a crafted document to be decoded; the demonstrated consequence is a process crash, and no broader memory-corruption impact is established.
