Authenticated activity disclosure via unchecked profile rendering

Missing authorization in Moodle LMS 3.10 through 3.10.3 allows remote authenticated users to read another user's mobile-app last-access time. The user profile page renders the stored mobile-app access timestamp without first enforcing the capability intended to restrict that field to site administrators by default. Any account able to open the affected profile can obtain this activity metadata, but the flaw does not expose message content or permit data changes.
