Database query execution via MNet XML-RPC injection

Blind SQL injection in affected Moodle LMS releases allows remote authenticated users to execute database queries through MNet XML-RPC. The MNet authentication path embeds untrusted values from an authenticated peer XML-RPC call into an SQL statement without sufficient neutralization. Reachability requires MNet to be enabled and configured plus site-administrator access or possession of the peer keypair, and successful injection can read or alter Moodle database data.
