Incorrect permissions in Trend Micro Apex One 2019 and Worry-Free Business Security Services 6.7 allow local users to gain SYSTEM privileges. The Worry-Free Business Services Agent assigns incorrect permissions to a service resource, allowing its script to be modified before SYSTEM execution. Exploitation requires prior low-privileged code execution on a Windows endpoint and results in arbitrary code execution as SYSTEM.
