Local code execution via ioctl stack overflow

Stack-based buffer overflow in Trend Micro Home Network Security 6.6.604 and earlier allows local users to execute code via crafted ioctl requests. The tdts.ko chrdev_ioctl_handle handler copies attacker-controlled ioctl data into a fixed-size stack buffer without adequate bounds checking, enabling memory corruption. Exploitation requires prior ability to run low-privileged code on the device; successful exploitation can escalate execution to privileged code and affect confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
