Administrator lockout via embedded password replacement

Use of hard-coded credentials in SITEL CAP/PRX firmware 5.2.01 allows adjacent remote attackers to alter device credentials. The firmware embeds a password, but INCIBE has not disclosed the credential, its storage locus, or the interface that accepts it. An unauthenticated attacker with access to the device network can replace the credentials and lock administrators out, while the published record does not establish further effects.
