CVE-2021-32453

Configuration disclosure via unauthenticated HTTP file access

Published May 17, 2021 · Updated Sep 16, 2024

Missing authentication in SITEL CAP/PRX firmware 5.2.01 allows remote attackers on the local network to read device configuration data via HTTP. The web service fails to require authentication before serving the internal configuration database and other files that describe the device and its operating system. Access requires a path to the device's local network and exposes configuration information; published evidence does not show configuration changes or service interruption.
