Code execution via unchecked PE section content

Heap-buffer overflow in LIEF through 0.11.4 allows attackers to execute code when the pe_reader example processes a crafted PE file. The example's main function reads three bytes whenever a PE section's declared size exceeds three, even when its allocated content buffer is empty. Execution requires a user or integrating process to pass the crafted file to the bundled C example; the upstream issue states that the defect is not in the library itself.
