Parser crash via out-of-bounds error-location read

Stack-buffer over-read in json-c json_parse 20200420 through 0.15-20200726 allows local users to crash the sample parser via crafted JSON. In parseit, a parse failure can make start_pos plus parse_end reach the 32,768-byte buffer boundary, yet error reporting dereferences that one-past-end address. The flaw is confined to the auxiliary json_parse executable and requires local execution against attacker-controlled input; the library itself is unaffected.
