Code execution via unchecked chroma-format array index

Out-of-bounds access in Nokia heif 3.6.2 and earlier allows attackers to execute code by processing a crafted input file. HevcDecoderConfigurationRecord::getPicWidth() uses an unvalidated value to index the four-entry subWidthC table, causing out-of-bounds global memory access. Exploitation requires a user or consuming application to process attacker-controlled media, and successful exploitation runs code in that process.
